Quickly phoned with the owner, received the keys, the number corresponded to the description. We used the metro, we had a scheme. Go to the metro station for 10 minutes. Living area like: friendly people, good owner. Nearby is a big BIG supermarket. Also liked the pizzeria Don Alberto. because only it works in the evening, until 1 o'clock in the morning.

The host was great at checkin and at checkout.He even let us use the luggage room afther we checked out Untill our train departed.The appartment was great all the facilities you could want with great acces to public transport.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Although it was very cold outside, the heating worked perfectly and warmed us up nicely. Nikolaus was very helpful in explaining everything about the apartment, parking facilities, shopping and sightseeing.

The apartment is slightly farther away from the centre, but tram stops are close if you would like to use public transport to get to central Vienna.

The apartment is nice, clean and big, good for 3/4 person. In a walking distance there are bus stop (5 minutes) and metro (10 minutes), both to go to centre of the city. Also there is a supermarket.

The host is not very reliable. We sent several messages and called him the day before the date of reservation to have instrunction for check-in without answers. Also Booking didn't speak with him. Only a few minute before our arrive to apartment we received a call from another number. He doesn't answer nether other question about apartment. The second day another family arrived to the apartment with the same reservation....

Excellent location close to a tram stop with lots of local facilities e.g. shops, restaurants etc. close by, Short distance to the centre of town, trams coming every 5 minutes or so. Spacious apartment decorated tastefully. Excellent value for money. Great central heating which was appreciated as it was freezing in Vienna that week!

This apartment would be great for a night or two, but over the course of a longer stay then lots of little things became annoying...shower head would not stay up so you had to hold it; no bread knife/cheese grater/bottle opener... nowhere to drain dishes, one small bin bag, no instructions on what to do with rubbish.....these are all very trivial but when staying for a number of days with children then they add up...and they are all very easily fixable at minimal cost. But still, a great budget option in a lovely location.

We were 2 couples travelling through Austria & booked this apartment quite far in advance, the only good thing is the bedrooms are quite spacious and its about a 10 minute walk to the tram stop which takes you into the centre of Vienna (buy tickets in advance from a Tabac shop)

Sad to say that the pictures do not reflect the apartment, half of the advertised facilities were not there (which we were not advised of in advance) there was not adequate seating for more than 3 people. Nikolaus was always slow to respond to communication, and didn't advise us that the street parking in the area is a max of 3 hours only & quite pricey (even though this was a question we had directly asked prior to our arrival). The apartment shows as parking included(this is not true). On the last day of our stay (Sunday) we were rudely awoken by continuous buzzing of the door intercom at 7:30am, by a woman apparently looking for Nik, we were then buzzed again at 10am by the arrival of the next guests who were very upset that they couldn't access the apartment (Nik had told them it would be fine - he hadn't told us & check out wasn't until 11am) Having travelled to Vienna previously, there are much better options available.

Very good location, close to the city center. All furniture is new, cosy beds, everything worked ok. A big supermarket in the next street. Helpful host. Recomended!

We had a small problem with self check-in but a bottle of very good wine Nikolaus presented us was a good compensation for this inconvenience.

Location a little far from metro, but we have discovered tram just a block away, so it wasn't problem at all. Host provide all needed info in advance, was helpful and responsive. Apartment was cozy with all necessary equipment. Parking on street, next door or cheaper one just couple blocks away. We loved to stay here, highly recommended.

Grand appartement avec 2 grandes chambres, un coin cuisine/séjour et une SDB. Décoration sympa et agréable. Endroit calme. Idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.

Le stationnement est payant à Vienne et l’appartement n’offre pas de garage ou de place de parking.

Les lits étaient très confortables. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité du tramway et du métro. Notre hôte d accueil a été très sympathique même s'il ne parlait pas français.

La chambre sur rue est assez bruyante. De plus les rideaux n'ont aucune opacité. Nous étions réveillés très tôt le matin. Enfin le parking dans la rue n'est pas gratuit comme c'était annoncé. Petite suggestion pour les voyageurs avec une voiture, il y a un parking relais à 6km desservi par le métro u4 à 3 euros par jours

Apartamento amplo, bem limpo e confortável

A luz do quarto e banheiro queimadas. Tinha abatjour que resolveu em parte. A máquina de lavar roupas que estava mencionada no site não foi encontrada. A máquina de lavar louça não funcionou.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für zwei Paare perfekt geeignet. Der Gastgeber war vor Ort- aber die telefonische Erreichbarkeit hatte zunächst nicht geklappt. Aber letztendlich war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und unkpmpliziert- wir würden wieder dorthin fahren.

Das hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun: die Parkgegebenheiten in Wien sind für Touristen schwierig zu durchschauen, kompliziert und wahnsinnig teuer. Das hat uns viel Zeit (und Geld) gekostet. Dafür kann der Vermierter aber nichts!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Super bequeme Betten. Schöne ruhige Lage, Straßenbahnhaltestellen unweit von der Wohnung entfernt, Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Netter Vermieter. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Boiler/Durchlauferhitzer im Bad sehr laut. Rauch bzw. Essensgerüche teilweise stark störend (woher???) Kaffeemaschine (Filter) wäre schön- irgendwie rechnet man in Mitteleuropa damit....
